The payment services, including the provision of the Card Machine and associated account plans, are exclusively supplied and underwritten by a third-party payment institution (the "Acquirer").

We act solely as an intermediary to the Acquirer, streamlining the sales and application process for your account setup at no additional cost to you. We are not the payment service provider or the Acquirer.

The Acquirer holds ultimate responsibility for underwriting, approval, and the provision of all payment processing services, including the settlement of funds and compliance with card scheme rules. The Acquirer is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for the provision of payment services and the issuing of electronic money.

All agreements, terms, and conditions regarding the payment services are entered into directly between you and the Acquirer. No contractual relationship regarding the payment services exists between Shout-360 and you or Shout-360 and the Acquirer.
